SHIPPING POLICY
Order before 12pm for same-day dispatch. All orders will be sent 2nd class.

**Because we are trying to reduce our footprint and waste for our planet's sake, we have decided to send our shampoo bars
wrapped in compostable baking paper (so the oils and butter are kept inside the shampoo and not absorded by the packaging),
packed in a recyclable paper bag and surrounded by our recycled paper stickers.
They will be sent in an eco-friendly and responsibly sourced padded envelope for protection.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days for unused products if you change your mind. Please note the product must be unopened and in new condition in its original packaging.

Refunds
​
Once we have inspected the returned item and are happy that it's in its original condition we will aim to refund you within 10 working days.

Exchanges
​
We will only exchange your item if the product arrives damaged, please email along with photos to Hojashampoo@outlook.com.

Shipping
​
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
